Our mission relies solely on donations from the public just like you! Our staff and volunteer are not paid. Every cent donated goes directly to support the animals under our care. whether it is food, bedding, shelter, or veterinary care your support goes directly to the animals.
How We Got Started
Woodraskas Wallow Animal Sanctuary Specializing In Pig rescues and adoptions. We are also a foster home educating our children in the proper care of our animals. Teaching them care, compassion, and empathy for animals benefits the children and the animals in our care. We started with rescuing 7 beautiful Piggies and now we have over 100 wonderful piggies. The original 7 Piggies lived in horrible conditions 7 Pigs living in a 10×10 pin with nothing but mud to sleep in. We saw this and offered to buy these poor pigs and give them a forever home on our farm. Come to find out that all the girls were pregnant and soon after gave birth to our herd.
We tried to find homes for the babies but the only people who wanted them wanted them for food. It was at this point my wife and I decided that we would open our property to become an animal sanctuary and give these Piggies a safe place to live out their life without fear of being food. We have since taken on several more piggies that were abandoned or neglected and we have loved every minute of it

Our donations are always 100% provided directly to the animals below are way you can donate with a breakdown of how much is charged to make a donation. Every donation is 100% tax deductible through our 501(c)(3) filing Tax Id 88-2304476
Paypal is a great platform and the money is instant but they do charge for the service they do provide a discount for non-profits but it is still high. PayPal offers verified charities a discounted processing rate of 2.89% + $0.49 per donation.
You can donate through our Facebook page 100% of the donation goes to our charity. You can also choose a one-time donation or chose to donate monthly.
Venmo is another great way to give. Funds are instant but they charge the same as Paypal.
